Whiteleigh Woodcock Shoot
The Whiteleigh Woodcock Shoot is a small friendly group of Guns shooting in the Halwill Junction area of Devon. We are looking for 2 guns to replace guns retiring for the 2017/18 season. We meet mainly on Saturdays and shoot 16 plus times per season. Main quarry is Woodcock and Snipe. Walk one and stand one. Guns must have a dog. Cost £300 this season which includes BASC membership. Prairie Shoot
We are looking for Ladies and Gentlemen as Full or Half Guns on a friendly,relaxed and informal shoot that is re establishing itself under new Management. Shooting is over 1800 acres of arable land at Stickney and Friskney just north of Boston in Lincolnshire. We shoot nine Saturdays during the season. Full guns £800, half guns (you choose which days) £400 and one off days £100.00. Pigeon and vermin shooting over the land outside of season is allowed. Most of the guns prefer to just take a short lunch break and take a pack up although a pub lunch is sometimes taken if the majority wish. People interested in beating or just working their dogs are also very welcome. This shoot would suit experienced and novice alike, insurance through BASC or equivalent is required. 2017 / 2018 updates:
This season saw some improvement in the shoot and to build on this for next season more cover crop is being provided. The intention is to also put down more birds to improve the bag size to approximately 25.

125, 150 and 200 bird days for single or small groups of guns.
Prices include VAT, elevenses lunch in the field, in the Hall or Hill Farm depending on the day and time of year, tea and coffee. Prices are based on teams of 9 guns.
125 bird day is £458.33 per gun
150 bird day is £550.00 per gun
200 bird day is £733.33 per gun.
We don’t charge any overages and welcome in experienced guns with the option of a loader/mentor for an extra fee of £50 to be paid on the day. For non shooting guests are half guns we ask for an extra fee of £15.00 to cover the extra meal.

Norton Shooting Syndicate
We are a friendly non profit making working syndicate run by our members for our members. Established in 1993. We have 1050 acres of Downland near Newhaven in East Sussex. We put down about 900 birds each year and have a part time game keeper. We shoot most Saturday mornings in Season – mostly on a beat and stand basis. Members can enjoy Vermin and Pigeon Shooting though out the year but must check with the keeper first. Members are expected to help with the running of the shoot with a feed rota and regular work parties. Priority is given to prospective members who can help with the shoot and who own a working dog. Earsham shoot
Some peg days available at Earsham we are set in a beautiful area of Norfolk/ Suffolk border, within 3000 acres of farmland and woodland creating a good variety of drives. The shoot is mainly partridge and pheasant. A Bag size of 200. It’s £620 per gun all food is included in the day.

Guns available on Pheasant/Duck Shoot near Ongar, Essex
We have Guns available on a small friendly syndicate near Ongar, Essex. The syndicate shoots on Saturdays throughout the season. We shoot over two adjacent parcels of land totaling approximately 1200 acres. Shooting 6 – 8 mini driven days on the main area of ~800 acres and informal walked up days on the smaller ~500 acre section. We plan to shoot the areas on alternate Saturdays through the season.
The shoot is part time keepered although guns are expected to assist on organized work parties. We lay down +/-700 pheasants and +/-200 ducks each year.
Pigeon and rabbit shooting is generally available to shoot members on both sections of land.
