We have a vacancies for guns in a small friendly DIY syndicate near High Ongar, Essex. The syndicate shoots on Saturdays throughout the season. We shoot over two adjacent parcels of land totaling approximately 1300 acres. Shooting 6 – 8 mini driven days on the main area of ~800 acres, while the smaller ~500 acre section is open for walked up shooting and duck flighting by members.
The shoot is part time keeper’d but guns are expected to assist on organized work parties.
This year we plan to lay down 800 pheasants and 450 ducks.
Pigeon and rabbit shooting is generally available to shoot members throughout the year on both sections of land.
The cost of the full gun is £1600 for the year. ½ guns may be available.
